Include your device model, Android version, AlignerPro app version, the screen you were using, and whether it happens every time. Screenshots are useful, as long as they do not show anything you would rather keep private.
No. AlignerPro helps you track your routine, but it does not provide dental or orthodontic advice. Always follow guidance from your dentist or orthodontist.
The privacy policy is available at alignerpro.app/privacy/. It covers local storage, photos, backups, optional website analytics, cookies, permissions and feedback emails.
In AlignerPro, go to Settings, Data, Clear all data. If you cannot open the app, use Android Settings, Apps, AlignerPro, Storage, Clear data. Any local backup ZIP files need to be deleted from wherever you saved them.
