Record in and out time
Use the timer to record when your removable retainer is being worn and when it is out.
Retainer wear tracker
Track removable retainer wear after aligners
AlignerPro helps you keep recording wear time when your clear aligner or Invisalign® treatment moves into removable retainers. Set your own target from the schedule your dentist or orthodontist gave you, then record when your retainer is in or out.
A retainer wear tracker for your own schedule
Retainer instructions vary. AlignerPro does not provide a clinical wear schedule or tell you how long to wear retainers. It gives you a simple place to record the plan you have been given and check your own history.
Review previous days
Look back at daily records and sessions when you want to understand how consistent your routine has been.
Set reminders
Add reminders around the routine your dental professional has recommended, without relying on memory alone.
From trays to retainers
Keep notes, appointments and history together
Retainer wear often follows months of clear aligner or Invisalign® tracking. Keeping notes, appointments, photos and wear records together makes the move from trays to retainers less scattered.
If your instructions change, update your target and records to match the new advice from your dentist or orthodontist.
Retainer tracking can include
- Personal retainer wear target
- Nightly and daily retainer routines
- In and out timer sessions
- Previous day review
- Reminders
- Notes and appointments
- Local or Google Drive backup and restore
Private, local-first retainer records
AlignerPro works without a forced account. Your records and photos are stored locally on your device. Optional one-time or scheduled backups can be saved to a folder you choose or your own Google Drive.
